Recruitment Support
• Organize and maintain the Personal Records
• Maintain an Employee Database of the budgeted position’s current status
• Organize the necessary arrangement for the Interview process
• Collect the documents from employees as per the standard checklist
• Maintain the Personal files and update them regularly

On-boarding & Induction Support
• Organizing the induction Training programs for new joiners
• Creates the personal file of all employees.
• Arrange the company assets for the new joiner

Attendance and Leave Management
• Track the Attendance of all the employees.
• Track Leave database Management process
• Generate the Employees Reports, Submit them to HR.

Salary Processing/Payroll
• Prepare the Employee’s Attendance, Leave Reports
• Share the employee reports to the payroll team to start the payroll process

Employee Data
• Prepare the Employee HRIS Report
• Prepare the Employee HR metrics
• Employee Recruitment Files
• Employee Statutory related Files

Performance Management
• Track probation Period Reviews
• Release the Job confirmation Letters
• Initiate the performance appraisal process
• Release the Appraisal Letters to employee
• Share the Salary hike details with the Payroll team

Employee Separation
• Ensure to collect Resignation letters from employee
• Conduct exit interviews
• Follow up on the clearance Process
• collect the company assets to check
• Initiate the Full and Final Settlement process

Employee Engagement
• Organize the employee engagement activities
• Collect the employee’s Grievances, Feedback
• Check the employee satisfaction
• Give the Best solutions to HR Relates issues.

Facility Management
• Prepare the External vendor Agreements, and Employment contracts.
• Manage the Internal & External Vendors and Activities
• Manage the Travel accommodation
• Manage Visa Apply & Renewal process

HR Administrator other Activities.
• Revise General Office Policies
• Maintain and schedule the Calendar Activities
• Support for Job Advertisement
• Initiate the employee reimbursement Claims
• Manage the petty cash
• Manage the day-to-day expenses.
• Prepare and Release the Official Letters
• Answer company official calls.
