Although this sum was originally due in full by&nbsp;<strong>{date}<\/strong>, the two parties now agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Debtor will be granted an extended debt payment period of&nbsp;<strong>{amount of time}<\/strong>. Therefore, he\/she will pay&nbsp;<strong>{amount}<\/strong>&nbsp;every&nbsp;<strong>{frequency}<\/strong>&nbsp;until&nbsp;<strong>{date}<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Debtor shall pay an interest rate of&nbsp;<strong>{interest rate}<\/strong>&nbsp;on the extended sum, for a total of&nbsp;<strong>{amount}<\/strong>&nbsp;by the final date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should the Debtor default on these terms, the Creditor is permitted to demand the remaining sum in full immediately.
