Job Description:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in the manpower industry.
Produce and update job specifications and descriptions.
Post job ads on social media channels and relevant job boards.
Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience.
Follow up with successful candidates and update internal records.
Act as a point of contact between candidates and the company during the selection process.
Handle and guide the team in day-to-day processes.
