- Organize and maintain the Personal Records
- Maintain an Employee Database of budgeted positions’ current status

- Organizing the induction Training programs for new joiners

- Track the Attendance of all the employees.

- Generate the Employees Reports, Submit them to HR.
Salary Processing/Payroll
- Prepare the Employee’s Attendance, Leave Reports
- Share the employee reports to the payroll team to start the payroll process
Employee Data
- Prepare the Employee HRIS Report
- Prepare the Employee HR metrics
- Employee Recruitment Files
- Employee Statutory related Files
Performance Management
- Track probation Period Reviews
- Release the Job confirmation Letters
- Initiate the performance appraisal process
- Release the Appraisal Letters to employee
- Share the Salary hike details with the Payroll team
Employee Separation
- Ensure to collect Resignation letters from employee
- Conduct exit interviews
- Follow up on the clearance Process

- Initiate the Full and Final Settlement process
Employee Engagement
- Organize the employee engagement activities
- Collect the employee’s Grievances, Feedback
- Check the employee satisfaction

- Prepare the External vendor Agreements and Employment contracts.
- Manage the Internal & External Vendors and Activities
- Manage the Travel accommodation
